This site has been in existence for a long time and as such has created a real large footprint on the web. The challenge is to make the site, easier to use as well as update (for the surf report managers) while maintaining backwards compatibility with their many logged reports and pages.

The new report page offers a simpler navigation, ads that are grouped together logically, a new flash picture interface/viewer and streaming live data from buoys in the users surf zone.
