The design for the online retailer focuses on improving user interfaces while sumptuously developing a new brand direction to foster better conversion rates and an emotional connection with the customer.
The improved designs are based on user feedback, analytics research and usability best practices. These metrics helped remove roadblocks in the former design and paved the way for the new site. Drastic improvements were evident with lower drop-off rates, high conversion rates, more returning customers and higher AOV.
