These are excerpts form a journey across the United States, up to Canada and down the west coast to Mexico, then back to the east coast. Traveling for 40 days and over 10,000 miles, I visited national and state parks, big cities and small towns, oceans and lakes, forests and deserts all located in our own backyards that collectively make up North America.
